The "WATCH - DATEX" software is intended for cooperation of a computer (PC) with a Datex - Ohmed Centiva servo fan.

It includes functions for monitoring numerical and analog parameters, as well as operating parameters of artificial lung ventilation (UVP).

It enables the archived data to be archived, or transferred to a text or spreadsheet document and further processed.

It allows you to monitor the parameters of mechanical properties of the lungs (MVP) in all ventilation modes, as well as other important prognostic and diagnostic data and optimize the parameters of UVP.

All curves are shown in virtually real time with a delay of up to 600 msec. Artifact filtration: the mathematical filter is up to ± 15% of the real value. Data for static compliance curve Cst-i filtered. Autozoom velocity in stabilized UVP up to 60 sec.

Capacity for storing records

Save trend curves (trend.txt). Save the entire ventilation log (log.txt). The values ​​are not filtered by any filter. Storage of records is without SW limitations - the only limit is the capacity of the hardware - HDD PC.

Note

The accuracy and deviation of the calculated parameters are given in measurements on the lung model according to the ISO standard for normal lungs, lungs with a decrease in compliance to half the baseline value and lungs with an increase in airway resistance to twice the values.

!!! In BiPAP (Bilevel) and SIMV mode, the results of calculations and curves are affected by spontaneous ventilation of the patient during both Ti and Te (Thigh / Tlow), the most accurate results are in the 30 min trend, which eliminates (averages) deviations caused by spontaneous breathing.

This SW is intended for patients weighing more than 5 kg. It works from inspiratory flow values ​​above 5 l / min.

* in extreme bronchospasm e.g. Status astmaticus, the measurement will be less accurate than indicated.
